…just after the Heritage Class this morning the phone rang and the lady on the other end told me she had some bad news. My sister Pat has passed away she told me, she had a heart attack…I burst into tears because Pat was a very good friend I made through the store and was like a second “mom” to me (like so many of you that come to the store). She brought me homemade muffins in January after my surgery. She is really going to be missed. Pat, I am sorry you had to leave us so soon. It never makes sense when you hear about people passing on. She was working very hard getting her heritage album completed in Joyce’s classes too. Pat was always so well dressed and looked like a million bucks all the time! She told me about her son that was killed years ago (I think in the amazon or some risky place mountain climbing) and they never recovered his body. She is with him now! Rest in peace Pat. I love you and will miss you! Here are a few photos from various events and classes she attended that I could find.

Paper Tole Prints

ATTENTION Paper Tolers! Recently a lady called the store to see if I could find a good home for a bunch of Paper Tole Prints she had. I said, “yes I could” but the ladies I thought would be interested were not.
So, I’m sending this note out to see if there is anyone out there that would like the big bag of prints I have. There are some from Anton Pieck and other artists. They are all FREE and must go as one package!
