Join Jacquelin for a 2 page layout class full of fun techniques you can easily incorporate into all your pages. Making a snow themed layout, you will learn how to make two different types of flower embellishments, one from paper and one from ribbon, as well as how to use crackle glaze & stickles to put some wow into simple paper diecuts. Joyce has created another amazing layout using Graphic 45 Renaissance Faire papers. You will also be adding ZVA Bling to your page! The picture does not have the bling yet because it is shipping as I type this message. You need to bring a distressing tool, black ink, hole punch & scalloped scissors (if you have any). Your photo should be 5.3 x 3.5 landscape.

The class started out with the ladies using tattered angels glimmer mist to decorate their cardstock. Great technique Joyce! There were some amazing photos from the group too! This class is sure making me feel the holiday season is here – Enjoy!

One Sunday a month Tammy is going to teach a card class. We already have January and February planned. Many of you wanted to take her 12 cards and a gift bag class but were unable to attend due to other commitments. We’ve decided to break the class up into two classes. The first will be Feminine Cards and the second will be Masculine cards.
Class 1 – Sunday, January 10th from 1:00 – 3:00 Cost: $22.00
Class 2 – Sunday, February 21st from 1:00 – 3:00 Cost: $22.00

On the 4th Monday of each month come and join Lana to create 4 layouts that will showcase each month in 2010. Lana will provide the themes and pictures of the layouts in advance so that you can take pictures during the month that will fit the layout ideas. You will create one page layouts and sometimes two page layouts. The major theme for these pages will focus on “family” memories big and small.Categories: Classes

We’ve changed one date below…
Joyce is doing a Heritage Christmas Card Class!!!! She has discovered INCHIES and here is what she has to say about them: “Inchies are tiny one inch works of art. They are the latest thing in scrapbooking and card making. I am using them for my Christmas cards. It’s amazing what you can get into one inch.”
In this class you will make 4 cards similar to the picture shown below using the fantastic Graphic 45 Christmas Past Collection. This is a class all about learning yet another “technique”. You will be making personalized cards — Joyce has made each one with a family member in mind and has 3 pictures on each card.
You need to bring 12 old photos preferrably photos where you can punch out one inch images. If you happen to have a 1″ square punch please bring it along to the class, if not no problem, we will have some available for the class. Finally, you will need a gold ink pad and any favorite tiny embellishments. We will be providing embellishments but if you have something special you might want to add to the cards please bring them along as well.
She will only be offering this class twice and seats are limited. As you know these classes will fill FAST!!!

…people off sick and some changing dates made for a nice intimate class today! Pat E brought a bunch of her mom’s original recipes for the pocket page. We talked about the stains on the paper and Pat said even some of them feel like there is still flour on them. Such a great layout Joyce.
